Making a purchase constitutes that you understand and agree with all store policies herein, all terms and conditions, and our privacy policy.

PAYMENT METHODS

Paypal

All payments for electronic purchases on this website will be processed by Paypal, Inc. on their (third-party) website. Paypal accepts all major credit cards/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) are accepted are securely processed through Paypal.

Square (In-person only)

All major credit or debit cards are accepted for in-person sales. Payments are processed entirely and securely through Square, Inc. (third-party). Your purchase may be subject to a sales tax (see Sales Tax section below).

Cash (In-person only)

Cash payments are accepted for in-person sales only. Your purchase may be subject to a sales tax (see Sales Tax section below).

Everything She Touches will attempt to notify the purchaser a soon as possible in the event their payment was declined, and offer the opportunity to pay using a different card.

SALES TAX

If your billing address is within the state of Texas, you are is responsible for an 8.25% sales tax, which will be added to the subtotal of each order.

In-person purchases within the state of Texas are subject to an 8.25% sales tax at the time of the transaction.

RECEIPTS

An electronic receipts will be delivered to the email address provided by the purchaser during checkout. All electronic receipts will include the date of purchase, item(s) purchased, and total amount paid including (tax and shipping costs).

A handwritten receipt may be provided for in-person cash sales by request only. You may request an electronic copy of your receipt by providing the seller with a valid email address at the time of the transaction. Cash sale receipts will be emailed to purchaser within 24 hours of the transaction.

CANCELLATION

ALL Requests to cancel an order must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of a transaction by submitting a Cancellation Request using one of the following methods:

  • Send a cancel request from My Account (created by purchaser during checkout). Using the email and password created during checkout, the purchaser may log into My Account and click the “Send Cancel Request” button located next to the order in question. Customer may included a brief message explaining the cancellation request.
  • Purchaser may send an email explaining their intent cancel to: contact@everythingshetouches.com. Be sure to type “Cancellation Request” typed in the subject field and include the order number in the body of the email.

In the rare case that Everything She Touches must cancel an order, the purchaser will be notified via the email address provided in the order. We will give an explanation and offer an alternative solution. In this case only may a full refund be issued at purchaser’s request granted no alternative is satisfactory.

Refund Policy

Making a purchase constitutes that you understand and agree with all store policies.

Our products are freshly handcrafted in small batches, and therefore we do not accept returns. Once an order has been placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Every item in our shop includes a detailed description accompanied by an ingredient list and photos. By placing an order the purchaser understands the description and agrees to all store policies.

Lotion bars may show signs of slight melting if shipped to warm locations or during warmer months.

In the rare case that Everything She Touches must cancel an order, the purchaser will be notified at the email address provided in the order. We will give an explanation and offer an alternative solution. In this case only may a full refund be issued at purchaser’s request granted no alternative is satisfactory.

Shipping Policy

Making a purchase constitutes that you understand and agree with all store policies.

We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Items ship via USPS within 2-3 business days once full payment is received.

Items ship via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. If your order weighs over 13 ounces, the least expensive USPS Priority Mail option will be used based on the size dimensions of the package.

Purchaser will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our care.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or deemed undeliverable as addressed. Please review shipping address before completing your purchase to verify its accuracy and completion.

If a package is returned to us, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping fees. If the purchaser is unwilling to pay for reshipment, no refund will be issued.

Allergy Disclaimer

Every product description in our shop includes a complete list of ingredients. Some of the ingredients we use may cause allergic reactions or mild irritation on sensitive skin.

Please read the ingredient list provided. We will promptly answer any questions you have concerning our products.

Everything She Touches is not responsible for any allergic or sensitive skin reactions that occur following the use of our products.

If you’re uncertain as to whether a product you’ve purchased will be irritating to you, we recommend performing a patch test before use. To patch test, apply a small amount of product to the skin of your inner arm (at the crook of your elbow) over a 24 hour period to see if irritation occurs.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We welcome custom order requests and are happy to modify our products to omit scents or other potential irritants within reason. Please specify your request for a custom order when placing your order as all sales are final.
